I was having an issue with an online order and was advised to speak to someone at the Nature's Source Oakville location. When I called, I spoke with 'Roy' the store manager. Even though he was extremely busy, he still was patient and took the time to rectify my concern quickly. This is one of many reasons I have been patronizing their company for years. I, (and I'm sure countless others) am very grateful not only to him but to ALL the Nature's Source staff for "staying on the job" helping people continue to stay strong and healthy with all the quality products they carry. This is not an easy time for anyone but with dedicated staff as these, this will just strengthen my loyalty to the their company. Thanks again.

Various selections of great quality supplements. The customer services are outstanding and attentive to help, even for online shopping. I wasn’t in Canada for a month, and missed the delivered packages. The customer service rep Yasmin reached out to me once they got the unclaimed package, and eventually help me resend it. Highly recommended place for health supplements.
