This is a place with inconsistent service! I will also mention that I have been treated unfairly and also because I bring one of the employee rude behaviour to the head office it turned against me!! I will mention that I am not done I will go higher than the head office of body stream to make my voice heard because what I experienced was being bullied and disrespected as a patient! All of this because I was late! This brand needs a major reform they should change their staff because you do not treat people with disrespect especially when someone has anxiety and ptsd this was wrong I have never been treated unfairly.. this place defenitely need consistency with their patients and being compassionate. This place should be a more pleasant place to go to.. Also they should greet you with a smile. In life you always treat people better than what they treat you! That is what I did when I went there! I would not recommend if you can go at another location you might have a better service.. Service is #1

Doctor and staff were excellent 5/5. However, it feels like you're in a dark and dirty hallway the whole time, very unpleasant office, hence the 3 stars.

Paid per patient? A review of my patient file would have provided the ino needed to advise me i likely will not qualify. Instead after 2 months at the meeting with doctor i find out the staff should have caught a diagnosis and informed the dr before i was seen. How about giving possible patients information on the website or advising the patient they may not qualify. Thank you for building hope for help instead of allowing patients to instantly know they wont qualify in a who is not eligible section on a website designed to only give info if you contact Bodystream.
