I haven't even been to the store yet and they've already earned my business. I called to ask a few general questions about product release etc, and got a voicemail. I did not leave a message, as the voicemail sorta answered my question. 2 hours later, I get a phone call. I talked to the guy for 20 minutes, just chatting, asking questions, and generally having a great time. It was a genuinely good conversation, and I really felt he was listening! Can't wait to see all the really great things they have planned for us! If you ever have any questions or issues at all, don't hesitate to call them. You will be heard, be it good or bad.
