Great place, friendly and very helpful with helping me understand all the different products. I know bud, enough to know what I want. I was new to edibles, concentrates, and topical creams. So the staff gave me the knowledge to help me make a excellent choice on products I was unfamiliar about.

**I had to pick one star to let me review and rate otherwise it would be ZERO** warning**I will tell you what just happened and you decide if they are legit. I messaged them regarding hours of operation cause it says they are in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow OK area. They message me back they are relocating to New York and only doing online sales. Strange right but I guess it's possible so we talk and I end up placing an order and paying via PayPal. Normalcy would dictate that would be the end of transaction asking aside from shipping tracer information. They contacted me 2 or 3 hrs later saying their is a problem with shipping. It's too light and I need to purchase more of their products and recommended I roughly triple my order. I said 👎 No. Just cancel the order and refund my money since they were unable to complete their portion of our sale. We went back in forth via messenger as to why they were dragging their feet with the credit, I advised them that I would be sharing the details of this sale in my review to which they highly "advised" me to wait until they get further instruction from their boss as it could result in some court action for my review. To which I told them I know the difference in slander and an honest accurate and DOCUMENTED problem with a sale and stop threatening me. He then told me I threatened "violence" against them, I told him he needed to reread our conversation because that absolutely did NOT happen. I told him I pointed out repeatedly that this problem lay squarely on their shoulders and needed to do the right thing and issue an immediate credit. Granted it is not pleasant having you shortcomings pointed out it is not a violent threat. Given today's world I am offended they would flippantly make such an implication about me. I have not gotten a refund and now they are not responding to me. I have contacted PayPal and my credit card company to get them involved. Hopefully they will have better luck than I had with this merchant. I feel like an idiot for having ordered anything from these people but I am an honest person who expects to be treated in kind............. Do business here at your own risk...........Wonder now if that is what the other person meant by the ways are skeptical.
