The people here are extremely nice! The low rating is for the wait time. I was scheduled for a renewal which took approximately 5 minutes to complete yet I waited for 2 hours before I saw the doctor. I chose to leave this review to enlighten others that you should budget for at least a 2.5 hour experience.
