Calling ahead does you NO good. I called at noon, nice guy said an hour I got there at 220 (wanted to give em plenty of time) only 1 other person in front of me at check-in and I still waited 20 minutes. You have to do better with customer service

The hours are ridiculous 9-5. I have placed a call ahead order twice only for them to misplace it and wait for over an hour to receive my order. Us Ohioans deserve better! Guess il continue to spend my money up north.
