Usually a great experience. However, on our last visit, we were sold the wrong product (syringe instead of vape cart) and we had no way of knowing this without opening the package. The two products, which are vastly different, were in the same kind of box. When we tried to return the item about four minutes later, explaining that it was given to us in error, they refused to issue a refund or exchange. The manager explained that she had "educated" the employee who made the mistake, and completely agreed that it was their fault. Still no refund or exchange. There is no procedure in place for fixing their mistakes on behalf of the client. No override option in the system. No exceptions to the non-existent "cost of doing business" policy. You just lose your money. While we think it's great that their employee is more "educated" now, we didn't necessarily want to contribute $70 to her schooling.

This is Absolutely my Favorite Dispensary to go to. The Customer Service is outstanding, everyone is super nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The prices are the Best around as well as the products. I Never go anywhere else!
