Edited to update as I've learned a bit more: PFS is not an actual physical doctors' practice; it's more of a middleman that contracts with doctors, pulls in patients, and matches them up to receive cannabis prescriptions. After a few weeks of ignored calls, I showed up at the office where my consultation took place to insist that they return a darn call, only to be informed that "that was a Patient Focus issue." I was like "uh is this not patient focus because google maps says this is patient focus and this is where i had my patient focus appointment..." I was eventually able to get my issue resolved (and it turned out PFS DID do their job - I just never got a notice that my registration was processed, and they ignored all my emails and calls asking about it). In any case, it would have been nice if patient focus were a little more forthcoming about their business model (and if their phone wasn't set up to go straight to voicemail, or if they ever returned calls from said voicemail.) Also, if you're reading this review, PFS, don't get cute and delete this location to get rid of my review. Just do better with your other patients and your reviews will improve. Original review: Pretty mediocre experience so far - we did my initial consultation and then when the Ohio patient registry went live, they sent a bunch of emails and then nothing. I'm not on the registry, and in the last three weeks I've sent a couple emails and called three times, no response. I suspect they're just overwhelmed by how disorganized the rollout in Ohio has been, but they should've brought in a temp agency or something to handle the overflow. Anyway, if you're a new patient definitely try somewhere else!
