Was driving out of town from Columbus and forgot what I needed. Stopped into this location for first time. Receptionist was putting out some fires, but was still personable and welcoming. They had a large cart selection. The young gentleman who helped me was equally as welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Wait time was average to good given the amount of people waiting etc. when compared to other dispensaries. I wish I was able to recall the names of the receptionist and budtender specifically, as they earned this review. Thank you!

Super nice and helpful people. Fast going too! They'll actually print your card off for you if needed! Make sure you put this on a must go see place bc unlike the others they actually have halves and ounces...

They or extremely slow on providing there medication to there patients.. They need more staff and a better way to keep track of the order of people showing up in line...

Generally this dispensary is great, but today I had the unfortunate experience of ordering ahead and then waiting for almost two hours for an order I was notified was ready in fifteen minutes. I finally complained after having checked in and sat for an hour and a half in my car (because the building was full) in the blazing heat while watching people who came after me and didn't have a pre-order served in twenty minutes or less. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and will advise others to do the same.

I have only been here a few times the prices seem a little higher than others. The wait seems to get longer and longer each time.
