We made reservations on 8/15 for the following day. At the time, Owen was busy launching kayakers, so he took my name and number and called me back within the hour to confirm. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail and help. I highly recommend this company- wonderful experience!

Owen was great to work with! He kept an eye of the weather forecast, called us the morning of and gave us a great overview before going out on the water. It was myself, husband, 6 year old and 10 year old. We will definitely be back and happy to recommend them to anyone in the future.

We had a great experience with North Coast Outpost for our kayak rental. Owen was super friendly and helpful in getting us set up and then we enjoyed the flexibility of a full day rental. Definitely would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation.

I wish I would have asked the young man’s name who worked Sunday, Father’s Day. He worked so hard, tried to make everyone happy with their experience, did a fantastic job cleaning the equipment, and was an all-around very nice guy. What a refreshing experience with a young man who could have been doing many other things, but instead, was keeping the family business going while his family was out of town. I’d absolutely recommend this company!
