Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone, ever. Orders cancelled at random with the online system, but if you call in it’s “in process” You can’t hear anyone at the front desk because it’s always so busy, every surface is a hard surface so there is a cacaophony. The armed door guards can be very terse. Prices are pretty high, but there isn’t any alternative for that. There are sales and specials if you watch the calendar. Avoid on weekends if you can as it can be a zoo. Not their fault but I’d like to see more/better public transport access, this is pretty far out in suburban sprawl/freeway wastelands.

This is one of the first reviews I have written in 10 years. This dispensary has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They deliberately lied to me about my order being ready and there being no wait. I showed up to find a wait. I complained, so they cancelled my order. You really get the sense that they aren't good people. There are good options nearby. I would suggest you go somewhere else.
