From the receptionist to the Doc, to the Administration...It was Very Professionally handled by 3 friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate people I dealt with during my 45 minute appointment. Alanna and Toby we’re very nice and professional. Dr. Estrin as well. Met some wonderful people waiting to be seen. They are providing a wonderful much needed service to our area. I recommend you make an appointment if you think you may qualify.

The receptionist was very polite and friendly made you feel welcomed started conversation made sure If I had questions they were answered while I was waiting to see the doctor.......And she spoke very highly of the doctor. To mention the doctor he was also very welcoming, knowledgable made sure all my questions was answered didn’t make me feel nervous or rush me out of my appointment made sure all my questions were answered I’m very glad I went to Ohio marijuana card office in Cleveland I would suggest them to anyone if you want the comfort of a real doctor & office make your appointment
