5 stars all the way around! I just wanted to thank you guys for your help. My office visit was quick and the overall process was easy with your help. The staff was always patient and kind, and it made me feel so much better just being in a warm environment. I was able to put my card to use yesterday and for the first time in a long time I have a better quality of life.

I had a great experience and the people and Dr there were very friendly. The only issue that is worrying me is that I was told I would recieve my link in my email later that day (yesterday Saturday October 20) it is now Sunday and I'm rather concerned I havent recieved my link to get my card.
