In the office I have always had a great experience. This past month I have had several issues just trying to get my caretaker added. We finally thought all was well and go to the dispensary only to be told that even though my caretaker had proper documents, she was not on my case. She couldn't go inside the dispensary with me. I have called a few times, unable to get through, then finally get on someone a few minutes ago only to be put on hold for over 12 minutes in which I hung up. I

Shout out to the Athens office! Pam thé receptionist, and the two doctors are great. You could not ask for nicer, more compassionate and committed individuals. The process is easy. You can schedule your appointment and do intake online. They will email it to you. Once at office the Dr will ask you a series of questions about your qualifying condition(s), do a quick physical and your done. You will get an email later that night from board of pharmacies for you to pay for card and give you a chance to download and/or print it. You have to wait for a second email from them before you can legally purchase The reason I explained all that is so you can see how easy these guys make it. They are very caring and really believe in what they are doing . I would recommend them to anyone,!
