I had a great experience with Dr. Vilensky initially. However, I am very disappointed in the follow-up care I received here. One office staff in particular was very rude. I was discharged from the program with no explanation. When I did call to request information every time I tried to speak the staff said "I'm not listening" repeatedly and would not allow me to speak. I know that this is a difficult medical field but I think that physicians should be open to hearing feedback from patients.

Dr. Vilensky and his office personnel simply put, are an outstanding, caring team. He's the first PM doctor I've been to, that takes the time and interest to try and truly help your condition. His office team is equally caring, responsive, and supportive. That's meaningful to me, as I've been in pain management for over 15 years, due to a plethora of orthopedic problems that have resulted in 12 surgeries. When I moved back to Rochester, I was blessed to have found him. Dr Vilensky has qualities that can't be taught, but that are so critical to patients wellbeing: concern, care, compassion, and 'results focused' treatment. His office support staff share those same excellent qualities.

He is truly the best pain doctors I have seen actually he's one of the best doctors around. He is very concerned with every patient he takes his time and he listens he's an awesome doctor. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
