The flower was good most of the time but a bit pricey. Although, They just highered the discount rate for vets so that’s great. As a vet myself that’s greatly appreciated. But moldy blue dream was sold to me and forever changed my outlook. After purchasing the mold. I came back and asked for the manager. He blew me off and said he would talk to the cultivator. Weeks passed and the flower was still kept on the shelves and I was never reimbursed. I guess karma is ruff though. After a system error I had 1700 reward points and received free flower. Needless to say the manager was quick to fix that issue. Either way I keep my business with Essential THC/ Budding Hope. Since I have never had an issue.

The people are great. The only problem, and it's a major problem for me, they don't have stock. If someone who needs medical marijuana finds something that works and then that product is not in sock for weeks, I have to pass. I hate that because they have great product and excellent customer service, but this is my medicine. If CVS were out of my medicine, I wouldn't go back.

Most of the time the quality is great. The prices are usually pretty high. The staff is friendly although I had one rude tender before. The thing that drives me crazy about this place is they will text their daily specials which are rarely completely true. When they say "all grams" that means the ones they chose not all grams. Double check by calling and getting your prices and choices confirmed.
