First time visiting a NV dispensary, great experience in all aspects! Both my girlfriend and I work in the cannabis industry in CO and are very familiar w/ the various types of cannabis products out there. Levi was the SW employee who helped us and he was a huge reason the whole experience went well. He knew their inventory well and helped us get a variety of products and understand the different options without spending too much time weighing decisions. Great recommendations from him on products, store was clean and staff was friendly! Would recommend shopping here!

This was my first time visiting a dispensary and all I can say is WOW!!! This was a fantastic experience, very professional and relaxing environment. Our personal advisor (nice young man with a short beard) was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm an old man with a couple of minor medical issues and he knew exactly how to advise me for my particular situation. If this stuff works as I hope it will, I'll be coming back to Sierra Well again and again. Thank you for your GREAT! customer service.

Update: I think the management misunderstood my review as a dissatisfied customer. I am leaving this review to warn consumers that this dispensary is overcharging patients, and recreational users, by more than a fair amount for identical products. In no way did your response address this issue. Original review: “Expect to pay 10$ to 20$ more for the exact same product from an identical grower/distributor as other dispensaries in town. Check for yourself online before getting hooked into a purchase in store. Unfortunate that patients are being scammed but due to its location I can imagine their rent for the building is high causing these escalated prices.”

In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
