I have to admit one of my most favorite and delightful parts of being in a dispensary, is the customer service experience. And by far most of these dispensaries I have visited are really nice. But nothing compares to the outstanding customer service you shall Receive from essence dispensaries! It’s phenomenal!! I love returning every week to see new and familiar smiling :-) faces that really brightened up my day! I will continue to go essence dispensary and show my gratitude towards the great people there. This is a great place with some nice pricing. the people know that they are talking about. Love everyone there Michael did a wonderful Job. Always love the people there a wonderful local place. What a clean and calm environment! I was greeted with hellos and smiles as i went straight to the "medical line" they have. After getting checked in, I was sent to the main room where there was another medical patient line and there I met Robbie who was working the check out desk. Robbie helped me get my online order, looked up something for me, added to my original order, gave me my discounts, and then told me I had reward points I could use! He was very helpful with my entire experience and I hope to work with him again! Thank you!!

First time visiting and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made our first type fun. Will be visiting again before I go back to Texas
