Even though their lobby is closed to customers, the lady working the drive-through displayed super customer service!! She went to the vitamin isle and picked the 3 vitamins I needed, which are considered OTC by my insurance. She made me feel like a valued customer by going out of her way for me!!

I understand this is a business I really do but when a pharmacy is more concerned with profit over providing necessary medicines to their clients it becomes somewhere that I want to do business with. Many pharmacies will lose money on some scripts while making it up with higher profits on others. Going elsewhere from now on.

This place is a joke if you had a life saving med, they wouldn't call and tell you that that your script wasn't ready or that that their e verify was down and you would have go and get a hand written one. Nope just let you die because NOT ONE EMPLOYEE will take the time from their precious day to make a call or a e mail saying these things, my wife called in her meds friday they should have been ready sat. She goes in on monday and they tell her she has to now go get a hand written script because their machines are down. So to wrap it up j and d does not care about their clientele just dollars if you die because of their lack of professionalism they just look at it as if you are a number and what follows a number? Another number
