Though the years because of pain and living in different states, I've seen a few pain management doctors. I can honestly say that Dr. Dodson is the most caring, professional physician that I've seen. He cares about his patients and what is best for them. The staff is top notch. They are also very professional and as helpful as they can be. They honestly care about you as a person. That really means alot these days. I would highly recommend this office, it doesn't get any better as far as patient care.

The doctor himself is fantastic, I think he really cares about his patients and wants to see them get better. They are flexible regarding scheduling and the women who work the front desk are very helpful and nice. However, if you need to get ahold of them at times it is almost impossible (even during the work day) because they are too busy. Most of the time the office is extremely busy and can lead to very long wait times for scheduled appointments. I honestly don't know how they schedule and see so many people each day for just a couple doctors in the office. My worst experience at this doctors office was with Connie who deals prescriptions. Since they were so busy, and the doctor had to keep the patients coming in and out, they had to send my prescriptions electronically instead of giving me a hard copy at my visit. I was understanding of this even though I had to leave to go out of town and was essentially waiting on my prescriptions. I wanted to make plans to when I could leave and pick up my family member so I called Connie who handles the prescriptions to see if there was anyway she would be willing to put priority on my scripts or at least give me an estimate as to when they might be getting sent over. Instead of helping me in anyway she thought it would be better to treat me extremely rude and be of zero help whatsoever, even though I was extremely respectful and understanding with her. She refused to answer any of my questions or acknowledge any of my requests and just continued to shoo me away. I understand she was probably busy but that is no excuse to treat anyone like dirt. I was pretty shocked to say the least.

I was going to Dodson for 6 or 8 months. Till one day my abusive bf (who i have tried to kick out for stealing money and my meds and also burglarizes my house and have police record of all to prove this) went into Dodson and lied about some stuff to try to get me kicked out of the clinic. Dodson didn't listen to anything I had to say. Only allowed my bf to victimize me again by getting me kicked out of his clinic for lies. I now have trouble finding a dr to manage my pain because I am on the cannibis program! Bf is gone finally but still has a hold of my life because I am now in constant pain! The problem is medical cannibis is so expensive I can not afford it on a regular basis. This has to be patient privacy violations. I've never heard of such a thing!

I’m so happy I found them on FB. I was able to get certified for cannabis and it’s changed my life. pain. Sleeping. Everything. They were very thorough and I personally like a more holistic approach. Im very pleased! My sister deals with a lot of the same pains I do. She has an apt in a couple weeks. So helpful!!! And sooo very grateful for Dr. Dodson.

Bummer my last Dr retired. Was not excited about going to a new place but this Dr cares and listens. Extremely nice and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs pain management. I could go on and on about his care. So thankful my last Dr recommend him.
