Ladies were very nice and answered questions. Process is pretty quick and smooth as long as you have everything you need. My card came within a month; I mailed my paperwork within 2 days of appt.

Great place, really fast service. I had an appointment set up for 3:30 but had arrived around 3:10 to fill out paperwork and they had everything finished before my scheduled appointment time. Staff was courteous and very efficient, despite the office being very busy.
