District 3 is the bomb place. Very friendly staff and great service. The staff are very knowledgeable about all their products they offer. They have a great selection of bud and edibles. Clean facility with coffee and water while you wait. Conveniently located with easy parking. Wait time is minimal and that’s important for me!!! I’m a customer for as long as they will have me 🤗❤️🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I got my card recently, and I have been to a few dispensaries in the area. District 3 is definitely my favorite one to go to. It’s a very new facility, and the workers are extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Awesome daily deals, and a reward point system. What more can you ask for?

I love coming here, the staff always makes me feel very welcome. I love the rewards points program and daily deals. The selection of products changes quickly which I like, always new things coming in. Best spot on 8 mile for sure!

Everyone is awesome here! Everytime I come I get greeted like family, treated like royalty. The bud selection they have is TO DIE FOR! The daily Deals they run are the best around and the point system they run off of is the best I've seen so far! You never leave this place feeling like you didn't get taken care of! People are nice and NOT RUDE! TREAT YOU AWESOME Danielle is AWESOME!

I will recommend this dispensary to all my friends. They have a security guard, metal detectors, and a reward program to earn free stuff. New patients get $20 in store credit and if you refer a friend you get $10. They send out daily texts with the hottest deals. The budtenders are friendly and the selection is huge. They are fully licensed and charging tax.
