INSA is a very clean, well organized facility. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Wonderful artwork displayed on the walls and excellent medicinal products. The staff can answer any questions you may have relating to which products will work best for you. Highly recommend this dispensary. Very friendly staff in both locations.

Everyone was very nice--polite & helpful. But it felt a bit too busy, too rushed, and too noisy. I expected more quiet counseling, as I had read about. I guess I will learn as I go.

Great experience with the staff on my first visit. Immediately the atmosphere is very artistic and friendly. They have a very knowledgeable staff that can find the right product to assist with challenges and disability. I was impressed on my next visit they called me by first name as they remembered me. In addition, dispensaries carry a variety of other cannabis products such as prefilled vape cartridges, concentrates such as waxes and oils, as well as a multitude of other cannabis products like lotions and tinctures.
