The more I visit this place, the more I like it! Staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable; no pressure at all but a lot of guidance when making a purchase. Visited today and was helped by Gabe who is wonderful! Every time I go there I’m able to save some money because they’re so good about letting people know about the discounts & points earned. Awesome place😎

I love both locations but The Easthampton team always makes my day. Jonathan P always makes sure to keep me in the loop with events and sales. He is friendly, hilarious, and extremely helpful every time. Louis also helped me this time around, and was was able to make me laugh after I had a very rough day. Good people do good business, and INSA has my loyalty.

I went the other day for the 1st time and I was amazed. Everyone was helpful. I like how they have cards telling u what the product consists of. Everything they offer is out on display.

I was pleasantly surprised by the facility as well as how nice the displays were. The staff was so personable and accommodating to me and and so very helpful in my decision of what to purchase for my medicine. Jonathan explained so many things to me that I never had explained by other facilities. My caretaker and I arrived a little before closing and were given undivided attention which was wonderful. I love how they give you incentives to use on future purchases. And after getting home, I tried the flower to find it very good for my pain and it helped me sleep all night. I am definitely going back soon to try a few different products. Thank you INSA and Jonathan for all your help.
