I called the Cambridge location to make sure their website was up to date with what they had in the store and a guy answers and literally didn't take the time to answer my questions and said he had a patient he'd rather take care of and told me to look at the website and told me goodbye and hung up. I'm shocked this place has so many great reviews when they can't even provide simple courteous customer service over the phone. Garbage customer service at this location.

Sira is absolutely the best. New customer discounts just can't be beat. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. Don't forget your proper identification though. There is zero leeway in that department. Try the brownies and caramels for a treat. Also, the 1g pre-rolls are bangin' for $12.
