I love my Greenwave Family because They treat me like Family! The entire staff is Awesome; very Respectful, Polite and Helpful! Wait times aren't bad in my experience as regular. However, being this place is so Great, they register tons of new patients consistently....so that extends the wait.....SOMETIMES....If the place is packed with regulars or intermediate smokers, then no worries because the 3 bud tenders will take care of you with little wait time. Since April, I visit as much as 4-5 times a week & I've been a Completely Satisfied Customer!

This is the third dispensary I tried and finally discovered Greenwave that has turned my life around.. Every member of the staff is welcoming and we'll educated on their products and how best to help patients. I suffer crushing back injuries, anxiety and insomnia. After 11 years on very high doses of prescription meds, I developed very high tolerances to them and most are no longer effective. Last week, I gave medical marijuana one more chance and Greenwave sent me home with three products that are very effective at treating my issues. I highly recommend this dispensary!

I am a regular patient and have been to this location several times. Everyone is helpful and always pleasant and helps me get what I need. My biggest issue is the online ordering. I have used this service several times as well and on more than one occasion, my complete order was not ready or had been sold out because the quantities I ordered were not put aside so I didn't get what I needed. Same thing tonight. I placed my online order, went to pick it up and the order was wrong. Half of what I requested was not put in my bag and as a result, was sold out; not cool. Whoever does the online orders needs to be sure they are reading the tickets carefully for the quantity and not just the item. Very disappointed I didn't get what i ordered. **update** Same thing happened today. They were trying to charge me for an item I did not order. They grabbed the wrong size. Go figure. Luckily they had what I wanted in stock. This keeps happening and I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Great place, very knowledgeable and helpful tenders, always wanting to help as much as possible! Spoke to owner yesterday about a small issue, I was so impressed with her willingness to find a solution for both of us, very nice professional personality, this is how customers SHOULD be treated. OTHER businesses can learn from this woman! Please press like if this helped you in anyway! Update: the place had really earned my business in the past but the last two times I have been there they have been out of what I have found to be the best for my specific issues. What they did have that was close was dry and harsh, no sale items left except one both times. The bud tender usually very upbeat and helpful ( maybe just a bad day for her) just plain wasn’t she kept trying to suggest (even push) items which I would have to buy double the amount at double the cost to what I had come for. That’s not economically feasible., I realized that that was exactly what had happened the last time I had come, different tender. I usually spend between 120-150 bucks every month (fixed income) this month I spent like 15 (out of guilt) there and went and dropped 150 At another dispensary, and got exactly what I was looking for. Hmmm what will I do next month? I am not sure. Note the 3 year card you pay the state for last three years, however certification lasts only 1 year, you must be certified every year. I added this because a friend thought he was certified for all three years ( it’s not clear on state website).. the state has to review again, some times fast some not, he can’t buy again yet...

Great staff, great prices, great products. This is a very professional, yet laid back atmosphere. I had been dealing with the owner for literally months, and I had no clue. Being humble is one of human kinds best traits. I recommend this dispensary for anyone. Newcomers, OG's, younger, older, black, white, blue, or purple, you're getting treated the same. (Green may get you some clout) Anyway, if you're reading this, then i assume you're interested and curious. Just GO, you won't regret it.
