Worst Customer service the sales girl with red long hair has horrible communication skills. She couldn't even help assist with finding me a different size such a lazy staff member . Waist of space on the sales floor and bad eyebrows

Wouldn’t let me return an item, even for store credit, because “that expired on Friday” which would mean they have a 17 day return policy? Won’t see me in there anymore.

Worst customer service EVER. Drove an hour out of our way to support a small business to get flip flops that are easily ordered online. I asked to use the bathroom since my 3 year old was doing the potty dance and was told to use the public bathroom down the street. This is fine however if you are going to deny a 3 year old the use of your facilities then don’t allow another customer in front of my husband to use them. It’s rude. We were paying customers and will never spend another penny at this establishment.
