The doctors are wonderful. The process is fast. I talk to the doctor telemedicine video it was super easy and fast. Video clear so was the physician.

Scheduled my initial consult back in May. I was told that without a current prescription for meds or a written diagnosis that I couldn’t see the doctor and to call back to either reschedule or get a refund. I’ve called several times to get a refund and it still hasn’t happened. Here we are, 3 months later, and another phone call with the response of “I’ll escalate this to the management team and someone will process it.” At this point, I’m tempted to just do a chargeback with my bank. I guess I won’t see any interest on that money since they’ve had it in their account for 3 months, meaning my account has been collecting interest in $200 less than I should have had in there.

The initial appt was slow but had a couple ppl there that didn't have appts like I did. However doctor was fast so it offset. No worries there. After 60 days finally got my mmcc number call them like they said. Gave them the number assigned said he would get it taken care of and now 2 days later still waiting. Friend got his number same time I did call one of tour competitors(not saying) his was done in 20 minutes. Amazing how same exact process takes 20 minutes for one and the 2 days + for me. Maybe its cause they already have my money and they don't care?
