Suuuuper nice staff! They explained all their policies and procedures, and even explained which rules were unique to COVID and which were standard operating procedures. We were allowed limited time to browse the store and make impulse purchases, but for cannabis and cannabis related products, they recommend customers pre-order prior to visiting the store. Everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. We were also given some literature on cannabis that's very helpful to have at hand. On top of everything else, we were given a 20% new customer discount! I very much appreciate their store, their service, and their delightful products.
