As a woman that has struggled with mental health issues for the greater part of my life, I've encountered many mental health professionals. Unfortunately, not all my experiences have been great but I love Dr. Williams. I know that I would not be on this earth today, living and functioning if it weren't for her. I have been seeing Dr. Williams for almost ten years. I have followed her through different locations because of the professional and excellent care with a very appreciated personal touch that she has always given me. I never feel that I'm just another client, I know she cares. At times when I had given up on myself, she encouraged and fought for me to continue to fight. And I'm so glad that she has. I have so much respect for her as a doctor and African American woman that is consistent and reliable with the care that she always provide. I could go on and on but I'll just end by saying that she has been a true blessing in my life and I pray that she continues to bless myself others. Unfortunately, the wait for a call back to get an appointment and the wait time once there can be a toss up.

This is possibly the kindest doctor I have ever been to. She really listens and tries to get the root of the problem, not just a quick fix. It seems that the negative reviews are from people who did NOT get to dictate their meds. I understand why people have seen her for 10 years and follow her around. She really is that good! Please go see this wonderful doctor and get your life fixed.Thank you Doctor Williams!

I wanna thank Dr.williams because now i found a doctor who saw me , and prescribed me what i needed to HELP MYSELF. THE END OF THIS OPIATE HELL IS NEAR ... If only she would have seen me as a candidate for Suboxone, oh well, not to worry about could have been. What matters now is im better. So thank you, five stars

I have been seeing Dr. Yura Williams for several months now. I believe she is an excellent psychiatrist and very knowledgeable about her craft. She has always been pleasant with me and attentive to my needs. No wonder she comes highly recommended by other healthcare professionals! One major thing I like about seeing her as y psychiatrist is that she takes time to listen to my issues which I know are usually not within her scope as I have a psychologist whom provides these needs. Dr. Williams office environment is always pleasant. If you are looking for a great psychiatrist your search ends here.
