I love this dispensary, the points you get really add up. I’ve gotten so many free products by using my points. The curbside pickup is so convenient during these scary times. I appreciate how careful and thoughtful they are. Victoria is always friendly and bubbly , she listens and suggests products and recommends things I wouldn’t have known to try. I also got a free vape pen for my cart that day. The reason why that meant a lot to me was because what Victoria didn’t know was my apartment had burned to the ground the day before and all I had was my purse and even the shoes I was wearing weren’t mine so not having to worry about a vape pen and charger may seem like a small gesture but for me it was very meaningful.

I have changed my name due to I don't want to get treated differently when i do go into these Dispensaries!! It is not just this one but all of them in the Montgomery County, Prince George's County and DC. So Anytime I get FLOWER let's just a 8th for example. When I get home and weigh the 8th. It is ALWAYS I find the weight EVERY TIME is off (LOWER). I have it ranged anyway to 3.0 to maybe 3.3. So every time there is a about .5 at the most missing. The prices for a decent 8th is going already high priced and then to see I am shorted every time. That adds up especially when I am spending a very good amount of money with all these dispensaries. Now on I am bring my scale!!

The staff here are incredibly helpful, kind and empathetic. You can tell they really care about the clients they serve as well as the industry. It is a pleasure working with Herbology Gaithersburg and highly recommend this store to everyone.

Great customer service other than the light skinned kid with dreadlocks. The whole experience is a 5 until Salty McSassypants decides he wants to have an adolescent girl flare up.
