They have been wonderful to me even when I have made a mistake. Prices are ablittle high sometimes but worth it for convenience and service. Durning COVID the drive thru have been wonderful and safe. If I needed help I just called and they were happy to help. They also have a great rewards system and will match prices from close store. Will visit often.

I ordered on Leafly a month ago when I arrived to pick up I was told they didn't have what I ordered and they gave me a suitable replacement and wouldn't listen to me when I said NO INDICA when I pulled away I realized they gave me an INDICA so I called and spoke with the manager. I was told because I lived so far away they didn't expecte to return the product they would credit my account 45$. This morning I called before driving the hour toana to confirm I had a credit. I was read the entire note. I drove toana where I was told I didn't have a credit I was treated disrespectfully hung up on and then they called aam with a gun to kick me out of drive through.i have never been treated so poorly by people who call themselves professional 😡 n my life. What a horrible place

I've been using this company since early July 2019. And although I liked the look and the atmosphere of the place a little further up, they were closest to me. The first time I had an issue last week, where I was sold an empty container, the customer service was horrible! They did not help me one bit. Told me that I need to call the company that they bought it from. That company has no idea why I'm calling, the issue is with Mana where I bought it from. Or Mana should call the company they purchased it from. worst customer service ever, please check all merchandise if you continue to use this place! And if anyone knows how to make a formal complaint please let me know.
