If you value privacy and discretion avoid this establishment at all costs. During covid-19 you are greeted in a public lobby and your full name is announced loudly over a walkie-talkie (multiple times) along with the dollar amount of your order. All visitors to the entire building and all who use the elevators cannot help but hear the person greeting you announce all of your details over a loud walkie talkie radio. Not the first time this has happened herehere.

front staff is friendly in greeting you. back staff really know their stuff. just tell them the problem and they suggest something. only been to on other dispensary that is close to my house. i keep coming back to rise bethesda even though its a longer trip.
