It is definitely a hit or miss here. I got my hair cut by Katie about a month ago and she did fine ... but Rachel just did my girlfriends hair and this is what she walked out with. I guess you get what you pay for! The only reason I'm coming back is to get my $5 back and that's sad. I shouldnt have paid in the first place.
