Great experience shopping here! Very informative and patient with all of my questions. The shop is super clean. Good selection of products and the pricing is good! Drove about 45 minutes to get there but well worth it if you are in the market for CBD.

The store was very nice aesthetically but the customer service wasn't. Some cheaper seeming products and nice for if you're low on cash which was good but quality and packaging of some was questionable. Also have some higher end stuff.

I came in about a week ago and had no knowledge of cbd at all. My doctor had suggested I go to your shop because of the large selection of CBD that you carry. I was greeted by a wonderfully knowledgeable young lady named Jessie. She helped me choose a pain lotion and a pain focused flower and an oil. I couldn't be happier with the results. She was very kind, funny, personable and educated. And all of it works! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smiling face that really wants to get to the bottom of your problem and help you the best that they can. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming .oh and that coffee sample! It was to die for and alone took a good amount of my pain away in minutes. Thank you all for being so kind to someone so ignorant on the subject .

I actually know the guy who keeps making fake pages for reviews. He’s been saying for months he was “just about to open a dispensary” but never had any money to do it. Now that Royale is here, he’s very angry & keeps asking me to write bad reviews. I went in and checked out Royale for myself... after I left, I did some research of my own, and everything they recommended was 100% true. Richmond needs Royale Highness! I’m glad someone finally stepped up and put their money where their mouth is! It’s easy to talk about doing something, but when it requires sacrifice, you can see who is real and who isn’t! Thank you Royale Highness for providing DOUBLE the dose for HALF the cost!
