Wow. Will never go here again. I have purchased four carts from here and 2 have been broken. Unfortunately I use one fully up before opening the second. Both times they have been shattered even though I haven't even touched them. Same brand so maybe it's an issue with them (Verano vape) but because I sent an email 12 days after they told me they can do nothing about it and the most they can give me is 20 percent off my next purchase. Genuinely terrible customer service, find literally any other dispensary to go to as they can't guarantee a working product and will do nothing about it once you inform them.

Finally got into this place, didn't have much inventory, no flower but had edibles and carts. Staff was cool, they took my order at the intake when checking for id, was seated and waited to be brought into the back where a budtender explains what products they have and what they do, and how to take em. Halfway through the process entire staff was informed Kobe Bryant had passed. Then you pay for your goods and your on your way out. Could have been a better experience if they had more inventory but can't blame them for illinois lack of growers. Till next time... Stay high... Kobe!
