I highly recommend them! I’ve tried MANY CBD Brands and this is by far the best yet! Not only are the products great but the service. Katie took the time to go over what my needs were and help me find what would be best for me and it was! I can’t recommend them enough! They are 10/10!!!

Went in a was given an extremely detailed education on how to choose a product that was right for me. I’ve tried many combinations of CBD products to help with anxiety and sleep. Josh the owner took time to here what I’ve tried and prescribed the right combination of products that he felt would work for me. I felt instant relief and am so grateful! Urban Roots truly cares about customers and helping them.

I love this place. The staff is crazy knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and willing to go the extra mile for every customer that walks in the door. Besides buying things for myself, I am an advocate for the Sugarleaf 250mg hemp oil for pets. My dog has an inoperable brain tumor, and she is slowly losing control of the left side of her face. With that comes discomfort and twitching. Giving her this hemp oil every night has eased both her discomfort AND her twitching. It's been wonderful for her. And during a flare up, the CBD infused dog treats they sell calm her twitching in about 15-20 minutes. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
