I completed my application with MCO at their Savoy office in August of last year, as of today (June 13) the state still has not received a complete application from them. The first application was rejected because MCO left out supporting documents. They assured me that a complete and accurate application was submitted in March. When I checked with the State I find out MCO never submitted the application in March. I would say I was disappointed with the service, but they have yet to provide any service. I would give zero stars if I could.
