Great dispensary not their fault Illinois is insane on taxes. At least their advertised prices include taxes unlike some other dispensaries I have been to in Illinois that THRIVE on ripping people off. Great customer service as well as great product. They seat you in a lobby instead of having you stand outside. In the lobby everyone was talking and joking around. The wait wasn't long either or it was and I just had that much fun talking with people. Great atmosphere! Great people! Great product!!

The people are very helpful & they had everything I wanted. Products I purchased were amazing. I love the high supply’s indica & hybrid. I highly recommend those two. Birthday cake tasted bad but worked well to mellow you out. I have chronic pain & a couple of broken discs.

After switching from the Harbory to Consume staff is much more friendly and it didn't feel like visiting a jail. (Which is how it felt on the initial visit) Staff actually seemed to have more upbeat attitude, friendly demeanor, and I felt comfortable asking questions rather than feeling like being if I asked questions before it was an inconvenience and they didn't seem to have time for that. The first visit felt like herding cattle- this visit, felt like they care and customer service was so much different. I was dreading returning and was going to a different facility when possible based on product availability, but this time I needed to go here and I'm really glad I did. Second chance made all the difference. I DEFINITELY recommend Consume Marion. Not to mention recreational flower is much more commonly available now as opposed to in the earlier phase and under the Harbory name. In and out very quickly, given the online ordering ahead- I feel like it helps speed the process up. I do wish you could see the next days menu so you could plan what you would like to place your order an hour before opening since there's quite a bit of a drive. It seems the menu is not actually updated until they are open and that sometimes makes it a little bit difficult to choose which facility I need to visit based on the needs for the particular trip. This is not just a matter of this single dispensary this tends to be the way that other local dispensaries operate as well. I would like to see the inventory updated at the end of the day so that you know what's going to be available the following day and as previously stated, being able to order one hour before opening in order to start traveling that direction would be a major bonus.
