It is apparent that a great deal of thought went into designing this store. The layout is beautiful, but only gets you so far. It was the staff that get the 5 stars. They were very busy. Yet they were always kind and took their time to answer every question I had. Needless to say, I was very impressed!

Went for the Grand Opening! Lots of people. Hectic. Jim Belushi came as celebrity guest. Nice. Freindly staff. Helpful. Staff doing good with social distancing until celebrity arrived & than social distancing went away. Staff did attempt to organize but ppl just don't listen. Other than that it was a fun time!

Really nice and friendly staff. Feels like a very safe and comfortable environment. The prices are a bit high. That’s everywhere in Illinois tho to be fair. Their products are pretty decent quality but nothing crazy. There selection is pretty good but they don’t carry full gram carts for some reason and there brand selection is pretty limited. I do wish they had premium brands if they are going to charge a premium price.
