Good business. Had an issue with a juice I had purchased and they took care of it. Clean shop, friendly staff and a wide selection of juices.

This is one of the worst shops I have ever been to. As a truck driver, I've been to shops all over the country and this one has the smallest selection of everything. If I would have known they only sold house juice for an inflated price I'd have taken my Uber somewhere else. They did have a couple of bottles of Naked, but only the freeze line, and only in 6mg. They have a VERY limited selection of mods, tanks and drippers. The girl that "helped" me was only helpful in telling me they don't have anything I was looking for. She made no suggestions, never asked if she could help me choose a flavor, she pretty much just stood there while I looked at the menu and gave very short answers when I asked a question. The juice has that same soapy flavor I get with every house juice I've bought. Not that great, and definitely not worth the $16 per 30ml they charge for it. I would like to think I would have had a better experience if the owner were there, but I doubt the extremely limited inventory would allow that. On the upside, the store was clean and looked nice but very bare without furniture. The fish tank was cool.

Edit: After a prompt response from the owner, the pricing was an honest mistake. Thanks so much for reaching out! Good lord at the prices! $42 for a ten pack of Vaporesso EUCs. They’re only $12 for a 5 pack on the manufactures website! That’s laughable.

Employees seemed to care more about continuing their own conversation than to help me, but they did eventually help me, and I got what I wanted for a decent price so 4 out of 5 instead of 3. Just maybe have someone tell them to engage with customers first and continue their own conversation after..

Really great vape store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff with lots of juice options (especially custom mixes which I don't see much any more). The lobby is also a nice place to chill.

Only vape store I’ll shop at!! Ashley is the absolute best. She really cares about the customer’s experience! She gave me the best recommendations on different juices I should try. I’m currently loving them! I will be coming back to her for advice in the future!

Amazing service! Girl working there was extremely helpful. I’ve been to the store in Richmond Hill, the only thing missing is their air purifier in the pooler store. Will be coming again!
