Recently went to this location to purchase a set of batteries for my vape. Less than 24 hours after I used my vape the battery began to smoke and melt my vape. when I returned to ask why the batteries started smoking and getting hot the sales person says he can't do anything for me. He directs me to a bunch of numbers that aren't answered and one of the numbers lead me to a gentlemen, (probably a regional manager who hung up on me only after cursing me out for calling his number). Its kinda scary that not only am I out of the funds I paid for the batteries but I'm also left with a vape that no longer works. Stay AWAY from this company... THEY DO NOT BACK THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!!!!! meaning they buy a bunch of cheap stuff and they don't even have faith in them.

Anytime i ever went in Bubbles always knew exactly How to make me feel welcome!! The store is always so organized and well displayed. She always is so thrilled to help out and explain any of the products I’ve asked about! She always right on point with the quality!! By far the best run Xhale I’ve been into in a long while. !!! I love her!!!

I use to love coming into this store. It use to be so inviting and now it’s just gloomy with staff that doesn’t greet you when you come in. There’s a new manager there and he makes it feel like any other smoke shop. Nothing special.
