I couldn't believe that I could be more pleased with Trulieve Titusville but each time I visit this location my experience is better than my previous visit. First of all I would like to send out a big thank you to Jill. Today she made my life much easier by relieving me of a huge stress. Jill you are awesome. You are my go to person from today on. I would also like to thank Brook for being the best delivery person ever. Dylan never fails to greet me with a smile as I walk through the door even when he is very tired. I also want to thank Sarah. Very sweet and always ready to help. Actually everyone I have dealt with at this location has been very helpful and courteous. Thank you Trulieve. 🥰

I was referred to the Titusville location by a friend. This is all kind of new to me so there’s so there’s a lot of info. Crystal helped me and was so good. She was sweet and knowledgeable, and really helpful. But when I got all the way back home, the battery I’d bought didn’t work. Therefore, I couldn’t use my medication. I called and spoke with Blake and he was also wonderful. I was upset, not with Trulieve, but with the situation. I wasn’t able to get back up there. He was empathetic and kind. He set up delivery/exchange of a new one which happened the next day!! Brooke arrived early in the day and she was equally nice and customer service oriented. She even tested my new battery before leaving. Thanks to Crystal, Blake, and Brooke, I’m a Trulieve fan.

What a great location and great selection. it's unlike other dispensaries that don't have much of a selection if one or two strains of flower. Sarah was extremely helpful. You can tell even behind the mask she's smiling. She's great at explaining any questions I may have. Sarah keep up the awesome work. Look forward to seeing you soon!

I've been going to this store for two and a half months and I have always had the best experience at this establishment. The staff are patient and friendly, the store is clean and strict about social distancing, and there's almost always something new to try at a reasonable price. I've had some amazing times purchasing with this staff, including Lisa and Sarah, and have never felt so loved at a medical shop. Thanks so much, guys!
