Christian: Truly one of the most Respectful, Caring, and Professional Security Personnel there. I am in a wheelchair and when I come in, he makes me feel as though I'm the most important person in the room. He's this way with everyone!! We had never met in the past.

From the gentleman that took my wife's first order and gave us two fantastic coupons(great job!), to the two gentlemen that just delivered our products on time and in a friendly but very professional manner, the whole experience went great! Adrian and Charlie were excellent! Not only did they explain the product itself, but also went over my wife's paperwork in great detail. They wrapped things up by thoroughly explaining the safety and legal areas as well. Overall, Trulieve and their employees, Charlie and Adrian, were professional, very knowledgeable, and wonderfully friendly. Thank you all so much! Mike and Shellie

Amazing place! It was my first time going in. Being greeted right off the bat by the amazing security (Big Daddy D) definitely set the tone for my first experience. Place was super busy but I was able to comfortably wait in the waiting room out front and chit chat until my name was called. I worked with Phillip! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and willing to answer all questions I had!!

I made my first delivery order and Adrian & Charlie came to my house and delivered my order. They both went through the exchange process very professionally and respectful. I was taught some new information about my product as well. I’m blown away by them. I absolutely recommend these two as well as Trulieve in general. Hope to see them again!

From the moment that I walked in to the time that I left the office I was treated with the utmost professionalism and was never rushed. Jeremy was a walking book of knowledge and patience. It is very easy for me to see that Trulieve will be the benchmark for others to follow. This is shown by product knowledge and availability. I would not change a thing regarding their business model.
