What an amazing office this is! So professional and very friendly staff. Making an appointment and completing paperwork on my phone was a breeze and I could get an appointment without having to wait for weeks. Excellent location and super clean and modern office. Dr. Zalkin is very kind and compassionate and takes plenty of time to listen to you and any concerns which you may have. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this office . I am very thankful I made the appointment.

I’m continually impressed by the level of care I receive here. Dr Z is incredibly thorough, something I’ve found lacking from the profession the last few years. She has truly taken the time to get to know me and make me comfortable with introducing a new treatment. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The doctor and staff were very informative. The doctor even helped me understand correct dosing for my conditions and what delivery method would be most effective. She was very engaging for a local doctor, and for this reason I am making this my primary care doctor. I believe if I went in with an illness I will be given an actual diagnosis instead of just a zpack with no eye contact like most doctor offices in town.

Great customer service. Everything was easy, they even sent me a reminder text the morning of my appointment with a link to fill out the pre appointment paperwork. I tried to book an appointment with a pain management Dr. in town. The other facility was a huge hassle to deal with I tried 4-5 times to make an appointment with them with no success. Called Dr. Green Relief and made an appointment on the first phone call, both the office staff and physician happily answered all of my questions. More medical facilities need to devote this kind of attention to customer service and quality of experience. I have already referred Dr. Green Relief to a friend.
