I am a new patient that has maid his first oder with you. I would like to tell you about my experience with your panama city beach store. So I go online August 3rd at 430pm. I order my first order online with you. Saw I could get it delivered witch was the coolest thing. So I placed a order for delivery. At 435pm i get a email and a text saying this :Thank you for your order. We have successfully received your order and will begin packaging it up here shortly. Confirmation / Order Number: 4051126. So all is well at this point. At around 5pm i get a sec email and text saying this : YOUR ORDER UPDATE Good news! Trulieve Order #4051126 is packed and scheduled for delivery on August 5th, 2020. We will send you a text on the day of your delivery. So all is well at this point. So I had some questions sinces i am a new customer with yall, so I called in. Got all my questions answered with the nice lady i talked to. So August 5th roles around now the lady i talked to said yall would call me 2hrs before delivery, and again 15 mins out and that panama city stopped deliverys at 6pm. Cool i thought. So August 5th i wait, and i wait, and i wait. 430 roles around. So I call the customer care line back. The nice lady tells me someone will call me back in a bit. So I hang up the phone. About 530pm i get a call. And get told this, we are so sorry there has been a mess up and you are now scheduled for August 6th. I said i had a doctor appointment and to please be here in the Afternoon. The guy says no problem i will put in to deliver at 12pm is that ok. I said yes sir and that was the end of the call. So August 6th now arrives. I wait, noon goes by, 1pm goes by. 2pm goes by. So i call again explained what had happened, so get put on hold for about 20min why the lady talked to her support staff. She comes back says they had got ahold of the delivery team and someone would call me shortly and do to all the problems not only was i going to get the new patient discount but there would be no charge for the delivery and that the next time i ordered i would get the 15% off and they would give me that delivery for free also. So said cool hung up. About 230. i get a call saying there on the way. So i stepped out side to wait. So 430 hit yall finally showed up been out side the while time waiting for yall. Lady hands me the bag tells me my told was 58.00. So i say i was suppose to get 15% do to being a new patient. And delivery was to be free do to the problem i had. She said no that only on 150 dollars or more. So i said im also on snap so she did give me 10% off. So she leaves i go to pull out my whole flower of white buffalo. Instead i get little buds. Witch is $27.00. So now not only have ya ll just bs me for 2 days about my delivery but now you have prices gouged me. Making me pay 43.00 for white buffalo minis. Witch is priced for 27.00 on your web site. So I call customer care again. Was told there are no manager do to covid 19. And someone will message me in 48hrs to let me know what there going todo. What a way to treat a new customer. Oh by the way this order number is 4051126. Please i would like to someone from corporate office about this or at less a distract management.

Before My first visit to Trulieve, I had it delivered to Panama CityBeach where I live. While in Pensacola I decided to go to the dispensary, and it was; to say the least , a shock! There were at least 30 people waiting to purchase products with a 45 - 1 hour wait. You could not put your name on the list and leave or it would be taken off the list. The girls behind the counter were very busy and not even friendly. I left and chalked it up to underpay and understaffed. Two days later I happened to be in Tampa, so I figured I would try that store. Man did I get a horrible welcoming. The check in girl was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She also informed me that I did not qualify as a wife of a veteran for the 10% discount. A veterans family is NOT considered even though my husbands veterans card was on file in my records because he is the one who PAYS for my medication since the insurance won’t cover this. The attitude of the young girls working there are just horrible. It is like they are to COOL, and seem to forget the reason people are allowed to purchase this. They are SICK with very Life Threatening Diseases. Mine is terminal and the last thing I want is a immature , rude, sales clerk acting like she is doing me some favor. If my pharmacist treated me this way, I would change pharmacist. However being the product it is, there are not any other places to go that have the particular ones. That is why they act that way. Please make some changes in your training. Sure product knowledge is good but customer service is most important. And seriously, you don’t honor a veterans wife when he pays for it but can’t hand her the money?? Really???That is a horrific company policy. Totally Wrong! Obviously no one in your executive team served 20+ years fighting for the freedom you live in.

The worst job I had as far as managers. There very rude and somewhat prejudice. I worked for the dry team at higdon and must say your better off looking else where. I never had a job where the supervisor say what they want to you. Trulieve you truly have the worst management at higdon dry room
