We have now been to all the dispensaries in this area and Surterra is the best by far compared to all of them. The customer experience was the best, even better then many conventional doctors offices and definitely better then all the other dispensaries. They will sit with you and answer any questions and compassionately come up with a care plan for you. Diana is an employee there and she is the finest person you would hope to meet. She is a true caregiver and she has helped so much! The environment is very warm and welcoming here. Great clean design.

I went to this dispensary a day ago looking for assistance finding a product to accomplish a certain outcome which I’ve been attempting to reach. Paul I. nailed it! I’m so happy I found Surterra and especially Paul, because as nice as the other dispensaries have been (each having their strong points) Paul and Surterra hit the nail right on the head. He listened to my needs and associated the proper product/s for me to get. Calm and serene have made a profound difference in my anxiety and it’s only been a day, but they hit all the right nerves. Thank you so much Surterra and especially Paul.

Professional, compassionate, and truly knowledgeable about the entire line of products and how each can uniquely benefit patients differently. An excellent experience all the way around! Stephanie took amazing care to explain EVERYTHING in perfect detail to me, helping answer some questions I still had, despite my having immersed myself in the Surterra info packed website prior to visiting for the first time. She patiently educated me about the whole process and all the different products at Surterra, and I felt very confident when placing my order. Her genuine compassion and professionalism made everything go smoothly, and I will be coming back for sure. From my understanding, products at Surterra Wellness are different than many other dispensaries because Surterra Wellness takes great care to do everything seriously organic and pure. The vape pens are super simple to operate, and relief comes quickly. They also offer tinctures, oils, and patches. The location is discreet, clean, and looks like the lobby at a spa. Nice display of all the products, and easy to complete transactions. The only thing I have to tease them about a little is their location. I guess they changed locations from where they had planned to locate, but this new location seems much better in some ways. As the old real estate saying goes, "Location - Location - Location!" and this location is perfectly located - directly next to a donut shop, a sub shop, and a 7-11. :-)

I am so very happy that my doctor recommended Surterra. I have been driving out of my way to a different store for a year so driving .just around the corner has been fabulous! And the store is beautiful. I don't feel like a number there and Diana, Heather, Rob and Paul are great brand ambassadors. They are quite knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. Surterra has made choosing medicinal marijuana much easier than trying to remember the properties of strains and which ones would work for one's perticuler ailments. Their formulations are effect specific and your choices are Calm, Soothe, Relief, Zen, Serene. Each patient should speak with a Surterra wellness coordinator and try the Surterra way. Great place. Open, friendly, inviting staff really does make a huge difference, and this place has that down. Great staff, knowledgeable, helpful, well-informed on legal aspects. Great products/medicine. I would definitely recommend giving them a try, u might just become a customer for life.
