I've been to the Pensacola location a few times. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Update: Although I've returned a few times, the best experience was one that I had recently with David. A friend was a new customer and I accompanied her to the store. He was extremely helpful and she was able to make her selection with confidence. David is the reason that she will more than likely return to the store.

Just received my first delivery from Surterra Wellness. What a pleasant experience it was. For starters, FREE Delivery?! Sign me up! This helps out so much for someone like me who lives in the middle of the panhandle, halfway between the Pensacola and Tallahassee store, both about one hour and forty-five minutes on either side of me. I was sent a text the morning of my delivery with a window of time they would be arriving. I received a second text when they were about 15 minutes away. They quoted me 11a-12p and arrived at 11:10! Very nice! My delivery person was Melissa Tucker and she was extremely helpful. She went over my medicine with me and informed me on the best time to use which ones, and the desired outcome of each based on my needs. I will definitely be using Surterra and their delivery service often, and I recommend anyone with their med card to check them out!

Nice store. Clean. But... This isn't medical. I have no idea what strains I'm getting. They did get Florida's Finest in, which had the strain listed but yesterday when I went they were sold out of almost everything. I will stick with Trulieve!

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the home delivery since I'm about an hour from your Pensacola location. Janna arrived right on time today and was so friendly and professional. And she loved our dogs so that was a plus, too. Thanks again for offering this service.

Great experience beginning to end and it was delivered right to my door. The delivery person, Melissa ( & trainee Brad ) was knowledgeable, professional and just darned pleasant. If forced to say one less than great about the experience it would be the “ on hold “ time during my phone call. I wanted to speak with a person at first, just to clarify the process & for a little bit of guidance. It honestly wasn’t THAT bad & they do let you know your place in the queue . Now that I know what I’m doing I won’t have to deal with that slight inconvenience again. 👍👍👍
