Staff was friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the layout and design of the store. Compared to other dispensaries I've been to it's more welcoming and homey instead of a clinical vibe which really eased my anxiety about trying them out. I have so far really enjoyed the service, staff, and products and will definitely be back in the future. I wish there was a St. Augustine location but it was worth the 30 minute drive.

Everyone here is so helpful and has such a great attitude. This is definitely one of the best dispensary locations in Florida. I love the fact that it has a drive-up. I feel like in 2020 I drive up gets you a free star but I can't give 6🌟's. Thank you all for being awesome. Truly appreciate the work you do.

I went to my first dispensary today so I chose to go to Surterra Wellness. What a great choice it was! The people there were very helpful, especially a young lady named Taylor. She explained everything so well to me, someone walking in for the first time, that by the time I left I didn't even realize it was still my first time. It was a pleasant experience to say the least... First of many...

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable Taylor was. I never expected to get the high level of support and information she gave me. She carefully listened to my health issues, my experiences with medical marijuana and what I thought I needed, before suggesting products for me. She explained how each worked and how to understand their products. I have high hopes that I am going to find something that will work for me here.
