I had the pleasure of working with "Alec" today on my first visit to Surterra Wellness Center. I am impressed. He is very knowledgeable about Surterra products. He made it easy. I have had my card for over a year now and have been going to another dispensery. My physician suggested Surterra Wellness and I am glad she did......it was a much better experience. Products are streamlined and I was able to purchase a few different products. I look forward to purchasing more products because the benefits of their products are better than what I had been purchasing else where.

I was ecstatic to (accidentally) come upon your new location in Orange Park. I’m fairly new to the CBD world. I had recently visited your Jacksonville store. The folks were very welcoming and kind. Then I visited your new location upon its soft opening. The employees were wonderful —Noelle, Alec and Matt ( whom I met on your grand opening last week ). They were all very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helpful. I appreciate their experience, explaining products and genuine interest in my health needs and my budget. I like the openness and cleanliness of your locations. I also enjoyed the variety of products and the affordability. Thank you for coming to Clay County!

Amazing delivery, customer service ,product ,quality, variety and prices ! I commend the PR team on the marketing of the product ! It’s organic with a vintage twist . I absolutely enjoyed the rustic flyers & print work. I rate the products 3 out of 5 stars because unfortunately the vape pen is not functional (MY OPINION) . I really wanted to love it but the variable flow at the top of pen malfunctions and continuously gets clogged . The return from inhaling is not as significant if not at the least visible. I most likely won’t return unless a different cartridge is offered perhaps I’ll try the other options ( major preference and bias to pen ) LOL

The grand opening at Surterra Wellness was great. They have good products and it was nice meeting Jay. The only suggestion I have is to have more chairs available because a lot of people there are in pain, thus the need for the products. LOL. The food was great and the staff was friendly. 👍
